September 26, 2006 Ambassador Simonyi met with Congressman
Jim Kolbe Amb. Simonyi met with Congressman Jim Kolbe (R – Arizona) to discuss issues of
mutual concern.
The Ambassador awarded Representative Kolbe with the
commemorative medallion of the 50th anniversary of the 1956 Hungarian
revolution. Congressman Kolbe supported Hungary’s accession to NATO in
1999 and he has served as the Chair of the Hungarian-American Enterprise
Fund.
