Nancy Goodman Brinker, who began her collection while serving as the
US Ambassador to Hungary from 2001 to 2003, said she "was struck by
the richness and powerful quality of Hungarian painting."

The showing of the
Brinker Collection at the Peoria Art Guild from October 6 – November
11, 2006 was a huge success. A few works from Nancy Brinker's
collection also were part of the exhibition "Treasures Revealed: The
Art of Hungary 1890-1956," in Denver.
