A gala dinner was held yesterday at the Kennedy Center in honor
of Hungarian-born technology pioneer, businessman and philanthropist Charles
Simonyi. The fund-raiser was organized by the Hungarian American Coalition (HAC).
Speakers at the event included HAC President Maximilian Teleki, HAC Chairman
Emerita Edith Lauer, Senator John Glenn, Senator Maria Cantwell, Rep. Tom
Lantos, and Ambassador András Simonyi.
