Ambassador Simonyi Speaks at American University

Ambassador Simonyi gave a lecture today at American University about the experience of Hungary with democratic transition as well as her role in fostering democracy-building, in particular through the Center for Democratic Transition in Budapest. The lecture was part of a course entitled "Global Democracy and its Promotion," organized jointly by the Council for the Community of Democracies and American University.
