Foreign Affairs Committee Visits U.S.

 

A delegation of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Hungarian Parliament headed by Chairman Zsolt Németh visited Washington between October 17-19 to discuss current foreign policy issues of mutual concern, such as the future of trans-Atlantic relations and the fight against terrorism, with prominent members of Congress and the administration.

The delegation met with Congressman Tom Lantos, Undersecretary of State Paula Dobriansky, Judy Ansley, Senior Director of the NSC, and other senior government officials.
