Minister of Finance Tibor Draskovics paid a three-day visit to New York and
Washington, D.C., between April 23-25.
Minister Draskovics met with investors and portfolio managers, as
well as
senior executives at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs in New York.
In Washington he attended the World Bank - IMF Spring Meetings and
had
discussions with Mr. Alan Larson, Under Secretary of State, John B. Taylor,
Under Secretary of Treasury and Mr. W. Lash, Assistant Secretary of the DOC.
