October 26, 2007 American Hungarian Federation Lays Wreath at the Victims of Communism Memorial and Hosts a Congressional Reception on the 51st Anniversary of the 1956 Revolution The American Hungarian Federation (AHF) laid a wreath at the Victims of Communism Memorial (VOCM) on the corner of Massachussetts Avenue and New Jersey Avenue.
Representatives of the AHF at the VOCM The ceremony was followed by a reception hosted in the Rayburn Office Building, where Chairman of the Board Ákos Nagy presented the AHF Award to Representative Thaddeus G. McCotter for his cultivation of the memory of 1956.
