Hungarian-born Cinematographer László Kovács Dies

The Embassy of the Republic of Hungary is saddened by the news that László Kovács, 74, a Hungarian-born cinematographer died July 22 at his home in Beverly Hills, California, after an apparent stroke.

He distinguished himself on Easy Rider and became the photographer of such movies like What’s Up, Doc?, Paper Moon, Ghost Busters, My Best Friend’s Wedding, Miss Congeniality, and Two Weeks Notice.
