Hungarian Presence in the Grand Festival of the Francophonie
The Embassy of Hungary participated in the Grande Fête of the Francophonie in La Maison Francaise of the French Embassy in Washington, DC on Friday, March 14 from 7pm till 11pm. More than 35 embassies, governments and associations presented their respective cultures and shed light on the rich traditions and culinary specialties of the French speaking world.

The Hungarian stand, offering delicious samples of the Hungarian Cuisine and rich information on a wide range of representations of modern and traditional Hungarian Culture, was among the ones, which were completely "raided and forayed" during the evening of the Festival at the French Institute.

Live music was provided by the American band Lafayette Bayou Boys, and later on by DJ Tass and dancers.
